My Eyeballs Are Burning!!
Well I am tired again. But I've noticed that I'm always really tired. Especially since September I think tired has taken on a whole new meaning. I thought it was stress but I don't think it is. My mom would say it was diet but everything is diet to her. if I get sick like I did when I got back from Thompson she said I was "detoxing" which is like your body getting rid of junk and stuff. whatever. I barely got any sleep on that trip and yes I didn't eat nutritious but other people got sick and lots of them eat like that all the time. Anyways this new tired is weird and draining I must say. It happens almost every day. I get say, 8-10 hours of sleep. By sometimes as early as 3'o clock, I feel drained and really tired like I need to go to bed as soon as possible. Then I almost feel lightheaded and dizzy. Just SUPER, SUPER tired. And sometimes I get a headache, like a stress one where it hurts in the brain area by your temples. I have no idea why I said the brain area. Wow. And my eyes were burning today. They were almost watering as I looked at the computer screen. I feel like I can't stand up sometimes I'm so tired. It doesn't happen all the time. But a majority of the time. usually during the week days. So, after thinking about this......I think I should go to the doctor. maybe it's something as simple as not enough Iron in my diet. I just don't want to be so tired. I have to keep doing my daily stuff but it would be nice to have energy as I do it.
Until next time....

Hey Leah...and all else who endeavour to endure my spelling mistakes and bad grammer...
I thought I would brag a lil. I sleep like six hours a night, sometimes less. I am awsome and I could still go for a jog. Its a accombination of a few things that will due this. I am so ready for sleep though.
-Conditioning, one must be used to strain and lack of sleep. (not recomended but handy for a student)
-Vitamens, lots. I take over my daily limit everyday of vitamen c and one century tablet.
-Lots of fluids.
-Healthy Diet.
-And the final thing, exercise, its the best way ever to get your energy levels up all day. I did like 1.5 hours today, normaly its only going to be like 45 mins, but exercise is the key. Im on a dodgeball lunch intermuerals team. I never asked if you do all this and if you do Ive wasted our time and laughter at my spelling....hmmm.
But I will pray for you, that is nothing at all and that it will pass very soon. Be refreshed.
"Best part of waking up, is a litle God time in your cup..."
So its not so catchy, but yall know what I mean right. :)
Your slightly retarded friend,
Trav.
Hey Leah,
I'm really proud that you have been growing in these last few weeks, you are growing and I think you hit a huge turning point. Keep on striving towards God and allow yourself to rest and give all your burdens to God.
Matthew 11:28-30
28"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."
luv yah! :)

Hey, I read your blog today. I agree with Trav, and Ashley. Start out the day with a "cup of God" (Trav you are more than slightly), heck try two cups. I feel better and get more done when my day starts with time with the Father. It is how I plan my days best.
Also, when I exercise as part of my life routine, I feel better and more energized all the time.
Also, I nap. It helps. Not to long. A fifteen minute siesta and I am golden for hours longer.
Also, this time of year is always difficult for me. Seasonal thing I think. Too much darkness all the time. SO, don't be too hard on yourself.
And finally, the verses Ash wrote are excellent. Let go and Let God.
Ciao Miss Leah,
Pastor Jason
